Authorized XPEL installer
Most Wanted Tint & Wraps is an independent studio in Santa Ana that installs paint protection film, window tint and ceramic coating, with more than six years of hands-on work behind the team. We are an authorized XPEL installer, listed in XPEL’s official directory, and XPEL is the only film we use. Anaheim customers range from Anaheim Hills commuters on the 91 to new EV owners near the Platinum Triangle, and each one gets a quote written for that exact car. The work is done inside our bay, never in a driveway. Before handoff, every panel is checked under light, and we check it again the next day. The warranty covers our workmanship, not just the film. Getting here is one run down the 5 or the 57. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Anaheim, our PPF studio is easy to reach from across the Anaheim area.
A clear urethane layer over your paint, about 8 mil (0.2 mm) thick. Rock chips hit the film, not the clear coat. Light swirls warm up in the sun and flow back flat.
Cut digitally for your model, fitted indoors, edges wrapped so there is no line to catch your eye. It comes off years later leaving factory paint exactly as it was. Every install leaves with a ceramic coating over the film, on us.
Authorized XPEL dealer
Authorized means the XPEL on your car is the real thing. The film is genuine, the pattern for your exact year and model comes from XPEL’s database, and the warranty on the film is backed by XPEL, not only by the shop. You can find us in XPEL’s installer directory.
Anaheim Hills canyon roads and the 91 are hard on a front end. Film takes those hits only when it sits tight on every panel, so each kit is plotted for your car and installed in our indoor bay. Edges are wrapped where the panel allows and seams follow body lines. Before the car goes home, every panel gets checked under light, and again the next day.
Our three XPEL films: ULTIMATE PLUS for clear gloss, STEALTH for a satin finish, and COLOR PPF for a full color change with protection built in.
Installation
Every kit is cut on a plotter from a pattern made for your exact vehicle. The film is never cut on your car.
How far an edge can wrap depends on the panel design. We show you before we start. The goal is a finish that looks like it came from the factory.
Color PPF
Color PPF does both at once. The car changes color and still takes the rock chips, because the color lives in the film, not in a thin wrap. Drag the line.
From the Hills to the Resort, the studio is one run south on the 5 or the 57. These are the parts of Anaheim cars come from.
Canyon roads and the 91 every day. Rock chips on the hood are the first mark a new car picks up out here, and a full front is built for exactly that.
Stadium and arena parking with cars in full sun. The ceramic coating over the film, included with every install, keeps the paint easy to rinse.
Street parking and tight lots. Full body coverage keeps door-edge scratches and cart scuffs on the film, not the paint.
Beach Boulevard and the 5 commutes. A full front covers the four panels that take the freeway debris.
Coming from next door? See PPF for Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Tustin, or the main Orange County PPF page.
Look for an installer you can verify. Authorized shops appear in the film brand’s directory, and you can find us in XPEL’s. Ask if the kit is cut from the manufacturer’s pattern and whether the car stays indoors during the install. Those details decide how the film looks a year later. The last thing to confirm is a written warranty that covers both the film and the workmanship. Ours covers both.
We quote each car separately. The price depends on coverage, how complex the panels are, how much needs to come off and the paint’s condition. Send your year, make and model, and we reply during open hours, daily from 9 to 8. If you are on the fence, ask for a full front and a full body quote together. Seeing both side by side makes the decision easier.
Count on one to two days for a full front and a few days for full body. Larger SUVs and cars with complex bumpers sit at the longer end of that range.
If you drive the 91 or canyon roads in Anaheim Hills, it usually pays for itself. A single repaint of the hood and bumper costs more than film, and the film comes off clean when you sell or return the car. For a car with only a few years left in it, we may suggest a smaller package instead.
Full front covers the bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors, where freeway and canyon debris hits. Full body makes sense for cars parked in open lots like the stadium area, or for owners who want every panel covered. If the car sees canyon gravel, the rockers and lower doors are worth adding.
It happens all the time, especially on cars that have already seen the 91. The chips stay under the film, sealed. If touch-up or correction would help, that conversation happens before the install.
Barely, and mostly only if you know where the edges are. Each pattern is made for your model, so the film follows the body lines instead of fighting them.
Inland sun is hard on cheap film. XPEL’s top coat is built to resist UV and staining, and yellowing is covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Years. Sun exposure and how often the car is washed make a difference, but quality film is built for the long run. XPEL’s warranty terms for your film are part of the quote.
It can. Removal is done with heat and patience so the adhesive lets go cleanly. Factory paint is not harmed, though panels with a cheap respray can be more delicate.
On a warm Anaheim afternoon, most light scratches disappear on their own. The top layer is an elastic polymer that flows back flat with heat. Deep chips remain in the film rather than the paint.
Give it seven days or so. Rain will not hurt it, but scrubbing or spraying the edges too early can. After the first couple of weeks, wash it the way you normally would.
No special routine. A normal wash every week or two keeps it looking clear. Bird droppings and sap should come off soon, as on any finish, and the ceramic coating on top makes that easier.
Both change the color. Only Color PPF also protects like clear PPF, with a thicker, self-healing film. Vinyl is thinner and mostly cosmetic. We walk you through both before you decide.
A layer of clear urethane, about 8 mil thick, installed over the paint. It works like armor for the finish: rocks, sand and scuffs hit the film first, and light marks heal with heat.
Yes. Clear bra is the name from the early days, when the film was a small piece on the nose. It is the same idea, now with better film, full-panel coverage and a self-healing surface.
